Jeff Gravelle is the founder and CEO of Propwell. Mr. Gravelle has 25 years of experience in the residential housing and lending industry, managing and growing platforms for significant institutions. His previous work history includes management roles at Rithm Capital/Fortress Investment Group, Head of Production for top- 5 national lender NewRez, Head of Capital Markets for Cerberus subsidiary FirstKey, and President and CEO of Ally Securities. Mr. Gravelle started his career at Bear Stearns, and Co. and also ran an advisory business for nearly five years where he advised and helped growth companies expand and scale their businesses.

Duncan McCulloch is presently the Head of Operations at Propwell, where he is overseeing the integration and operating plans for all acquisition targets. Prior to joining Propwell, Mr. McCulloch was head of Property Services at Home River Group, one of the largest 3rd Party Property Management companies in the nation. There, he implemented new processes to cut construction times by 50% while reducing costs through improved sourcing. His team has built an extensive vendor network with over 100% growth and expanded the In-House Maintenance organization to elevate the resident experience while improving the brand. As President of Paradise Home Improvement, a multiproduct home improvement company serving the Carolinas as well as Georgia & Tennessee, Duncan transformed a struggling business and ultimately realized 71% revenue growth while eliminating a $10M aged backlog. In 2018, Duncan joined Conrex (now Maymont) and helped grow their portfolio from 6600 to more than 13,000 single-family properties before the company was sold to Brookfield Asset Management.

Kris Van Meter is the Head of Investor Strategy at Propwell, responsible for driving Innovation and excellence in portfolio management. Guided by 15 years of Single-Family Rental (SFR) housing industry experience and a B.B.A. in Real Estate from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, Kris has deployed, operated, and scaled institutional investment strategies within the space. Most recently, as VP of Strategic Client Operations at Darwin Homes, he launched Darwin’s first-ever joint venture with a publicly traded REIT, and expanded Darwin’s platform and client base to more than 12,000 homes under management (HUM). Prior to his tenure at Darwin Homes, Kris founded and led the Strategy and Analytics team at Sylvan Road Capital. He built the portfolio analytics and business intelligence across operational and investment management functions, which optimized SFR investment performance and enhanced cash management practices.

Jeff has held a variety of leadership positions in the mortgage industry and has significance experience in conforming, non-conforming and non-QM mortgage origination.

Prior to RanchHarbor, Orradre co-founded and was the CEO of Isles Ranch Partners, a leading real estate investment and asset management firm in the residential land development and homebuilding sector. Orradre led the firm’s investment efforts and grew the business to a team of 20 professionals responsible for the deployment and management of over $950 million of equity and debt capital in joint venture partnerships with select operating partners across the U.S. encompassing 40 development projects and 11,000 lots and homes. Tom began his investment and asset management career at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). Tom received his bachelor from the University of San Diego and earned his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Stevenson School (RLS) and Sage Hill School and is on the advisory board of the Family Office Real Estate Institute (FORE).
